Corporate Counsel - Global Hospitality Leader

Job Description Job Description Summary: We are partnered with a Hospitality leader who owns thousands of properties across the globe.

This company operates under a variety of brands offering its customers unique experiences that cater to each individual and destination. This client is looking for a Corporate Counsel with the main responsibility of incorporating the latest technology to drive the company to further growth. This will involve working with the business on a global scale to partner on internal systems, cybersecurity, and supporting technology like generative AI.

Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate legal agreements concerning technology, hardware, systems, and other commercial-related documents Work closely with InfoSec and Compliance and advice on various data privacy and data security matters Counsel management on legal risks and issues that impact the business Manage outside counsel as needed Qualifications: JD from an accredited law school with admission to state bar 4-10 years of experience at a law firm and/or in-house In-house experience preferred
