At Regions, the Financial Analyst gathers, organizes, analyzes & communicates relevant financial information in support of line of business partners.
Analyzes, consolidates, interprets & communicates financial data
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for review by all levels of management
Monitors business unit financial performance against plans, forecasts, and budgets
Consolidates a wide range of operating and financial projections for the development of both short-term and long-term business plans
Mentors and trains junior Financial Analysts
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or a directly related field and four (4) years experience with management financial reporting/analysis
Or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a directly related field and two (2) years experience with management financial reporting/analysis
Master of Business Administration (MBA) and/or Masters in Finance
Experience within a financial services industry

Participate as a key stakeholder in the Change Management processes. Assess change impacts by conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders.
