JOB SUMMARY

The Corporate Compliance Lead, Senior Compliance Analyst, or Compliance Analyst is responsible for managing or supporting our corporate compliance programs, including privacy and anti-money laundering (AML); researching and analyzing related legislation and regulations; and drafting and administering or advising as to related compliance policies and procedures.

Position level will be determined based on skills, knowledge, and experience.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Education

  • Bachelor's degree. Combination of education and/or relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Experience

  • Compliance Analyst: 2+ years of insurance experience, compliance, claims, underwriting, or customer service.

  • Senior Compliance Analyst: 3+ years of insurance compliance experience and previous privacy compliance experience.

  • Corporate Compliance Lead: 5+ years of insurance compliance experience and extensive prior privacy compliance experience.
