About the role The Corporate Communications Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing internal and external communication strategies for the organization to ensure unified, consistent and positive messages that help define and promote the corporate identity and mission. This role will work in partnership and support the Corporate Communications team on internal and external initiatives including publicizing Quantum Health’s brand through external marketing, as well as supporting the company’s internal priorities focused on company communication and employee engagement.

This role will be responsible for ensuring appropriate, effective and timely deliverables and will exemplify Quantum Health’s values, champion its corporate culture and implement best practices in communications delivery. Reports into External and Internal Communications managers. What you’ll do Supports the consistent expression of the brand across the customer journey among external and internal touchpoints.

Supports the public relations work designed to create and publicize Quantum Health’s brand narrative, marketing messages, media and investor relations and executive thought leaders via the appropriate media relations platforms. Supports the development of multi-channel company/brand marketing programs with a strategic media mix perspective based on the needs and goals of each initiative . Supporting Manager and working closely with content, creative and project management, ensures Quantum Health’s multi-channel marketing is consistent and compelling across earned and paid content, PR and to impact brand reputation and lead gen. Supports Manager in brand marketing initiatives that leverage top of funnel awareness working closely with B2B and product teams.

Supports Manager with social meeting marketing to amplify external messaging. Provides support in helping executive leader amplification through speaking events, social, PR and other external channels, etc. including amplification, promotion and sponsorship asset management. Helps to support and execute press release writing/proofing/editing and distribution on the wire, website and through social media team.

Leads the management of the corporate awards calendar and helps execute submissions for executive and company recognition. Supports Manager in overseeing trademark updates, status, and communication to ensure brand compliance across intellectual property and assets. Supports Manager and creative content leads in the development of member stories (including video development). With Manager, supports HR and external agencies on alignment of employer branding initiatives.

Helps build out and amplify philanthropic partnerships as part of overall Quantum Cares brand and business impacting initiatives. Provides support in crisis communications targeted to external audiences. In partnership with Internal Communications, provides assistance on Quantum Health employee and culture-focused amplification programs.

Coordinates internal communication programs and events using best practices in communications and project management. Collaborates and implements programs and experiences that deliver a positive impact and champions Quantum Health’s corporate culture and internal brand. Helps support the development and execution of company communication programs including the e newsletter, internal monthly calendar, multimedia screens around the building, company intranet, etc.

Helps coordinate and manage production of the content, speakers, facilitation and IT/presentation for monthly videos (Warrior Feasts) and company-wide meetings (Quarterly Quest) Helps facilitate support for enterprise communications supporting facilities, IT, Operations and HR Helps manage company events. Acts as a project coordinator to help support event logistics , communications, vendors, promotional items, etc. Works closely with manager and associate engagement committees to provide corporate support in amplifying programs and events for associate engagement.

Partners with project management to keep brand identity tools updated and consistent across landscape (via Brand Guidelines, etc.) All other duties as assigned. What you’ll bring Strong team-oriented member who is collaborative, a problem-solver, and solution and deadline driven . 4-5 years’ experience working in related field of marketing, internal/external communications, etc. Bachelor’s degree, Communications, Marketing, Journalism or relevant degree preferred Experience with various marketing disciplines including social media, events and PR Strong written (and verbal) communication skills with writing experience using AP copy style guidelines Multi-media experience including social , video, website, etc. a plus.

Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Experience developing or executing company events strongly desired Experience with tools including Sharepoint , PowerPoint Vendor and budget management experience preferred Excellent analytical and time-management skills; available when necessary for critical communications Builds strategic relationships with cross-functional teams and agency partners Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.
