THE OPPORTUNITY:

We have an incredible opportunity for a Corporate Associate or Counsel with 6+ years of broad corporate transactional experience.

Seyfarth's corporate attorneys possess the broad, in-depth experience necessary to serve a diverse client base, ranging from start-up ventures to middle-market companies to large multinational corporations. We provide clients with guidance on key decisions that determine long-term success.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

As an associate or counsel in the Corporate Department, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.

YOU HAVE:

  • 6+ years of broad corporate transactional experience

  • Experience in complex commercial transactions including tech transactions, licensing and distribution transactions and procurement contracts and long-term supply arrangements

  • The ability to independently manage documentation and components of transactions

  • Experience supervising, mentoring and inspiring junior associates

  • Top law firm experience preferred, and a combination of law firm and in-house experience will be considered

  • Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills

  • Candidates must be admitted to the Bar of the state for which they are applying or meet the requirements to waive in
