The Atlanta office of one of our international law firms is seeking an associate with excellent transactional experience and academic credentials to join their dynamic Corporate practice. The person hired for this position will be part of a dedicated team and will support the practice by assuming such responsibilities as:

Contributing to the coordination and execution of successful corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, private placements and financings, capital venture transactions and mergers & acquisitions

Helping manage client relationships

Participating as a member of a team of transactional lawyers in all aspects of the practice, including work with private equity and strategic investors in both domestic and international transactions.

3-6 years of corporate legal experience is required

Licensed or eligible to practice law in the State of Georgia is preferred, and must be in good standing in any licensed jurisdiction(s)

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible.

Position Description: The company's U.S. entity, Amarin Pharma Inc., is seeking a Sales Professional for the ATLANTA EAST, GA territory. The Sales Professional meets established sales goals in promoting Vascepa to general practitioners, specialists and other healthcare professionals in compliance with internal policy and applicable laws/regulations.
