During this career development program, you will have two one-year assignments in core roles in one of our four main functional areas: Operations, Global Business, Corporate or Technology & Innovation. Each role will build upon the other and together will provide a breadth of experience unique in the business worldand unique to you! Candidate Qualifications & Education Requirements

What we are looking for

  • Recent graduate of a bachelor's degree program

  • GPA 3.5 preferred

  • Enthusiasm and inquisitiveness

  • Drive and initiative

  • Self-starter capable of working autonomously

  • Analytical/quantitative skills

  • Collaboration skills and ability to work effectively as a team member

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Attention to detail, highly adaptable, ability to multi-task

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Project management skills and experience a plus

  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship

Our Customer Protection Team is seeking a professional who is looking for an opportunity to become a subject matter expert in the firm's books and records, collaborating with many different teams across Operations, Finance, Trading, Sales, Compliance & Legal to provide the best-in-class protection for our clients and regulators. OUR IMPACTOperations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all parts of the firm to deliver banking, sales and trading and asset management capabilities to clients around the world. In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and control to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and its reputation. For every trade agreed, every new product launched or market entered, every transaction completed, it is Operations that develops the processes and controls that makes business flow. The Customer Protection Team is responsible for ensuring the Firm's compliance with SEC Rule 15c3-3. SEC Rule 15c3-3 was established for registered broker-dealers to ensure that customer assets would be available to satisfy the claims of customers in the event of a default by their brokerage firm. As a member of the Customer Protection Team, the individual will be involved in a full range of daily processes, regulatory audit work, as well as industrialization initiatives including the opportunity to learn process flows for both broker-dealers and banking entities. The role involves working closing with other Operations teams, Regulatory Reporting, GSS, Compliance, and Legal to ensure compliance with customer protection rules.
