QuantiTech is currently seeking a Corporate Administrative Assistant to join our team in Huntsville, AL.
Perform receptionist duties in a high-visibility, fast-paced, corporate environment.
Will be responsible for overall operation of the front desk and front office activities to include: directing internal and external phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, sorting incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail (USPS and FedEx), maintaining conference room schedule, interacting with and assisting employees and executive staff.
Will also assist Office Manager with the following: ordering and/or stocking/distributing office supplies; general administrative tasks such as: filing, scanning, and data entry; assist with planning and/or setup of corporate meetings and events. Assisting corporate staff as necessary with various tasks.
HS Diploma plus 3-5 years general administrative/office experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills required along with phone etiquette and previous data entry experience.
Experience using MS Word and Outlook required.
Must be reliable and punctual with excellent organizational skills.
Must have demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy office environment.
Experience operating a front desk or switchboard a plus.
Working knowledge of mail processes, postage machine, FedEx and USPS desired.
Above average communication skills preferred.
Experience using MS Office suite of products preferred.
