The Role

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager to join our Corporate Accounting Group. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting or finance, coupled with 4 to 5 years of relevant industry experience. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in financial analysis, budgeting, and modeling activities to support our company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.

Maintain and reconcile financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.

Oversee the accounting for corporate level investment and initiative activity

Support accounting for cash and share-based incentive compensation

Assist in managing the corporate organizational structure and position management

Support the management and oversight of the corporate data model.

Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for financial planning and analysis.

Utilize strong Excel skills to manipulate and analyze large datasets.

Take initiative in identifying process improvements and implementing best practices.

Communicate effectively across departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.

Support manager in day-to-day operations and ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

4 to 5 years of experience in corporate accounting or financial analysis.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Proficiency in Excel, with experience in building financial models and performing data analysis.

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

Experience with Workday or Adaptive Planning is a plus.

Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to summarize and present data effectively.
