The Opportunity

As the company continues to grow, we are seeking a Corporate Account Manager of Distribution for our Southeast territory covering Florida, Georgia and Alabama. You must reside within the territory.

The Corporate Account Manager's objective is to maximize Ortho business utilizing Distribution with a focus on enhancing revenue, GP growth and increased market share. The position requires the ability to build and maintain a relationship at the corporate level along with the field sales levels with key Ortho distributor partners. The job will require the ability to lead in a complex situation, creating and driving strategic business cases to promote positive growth through the distribution channel and execution of the distributor contracts. This is a remote position.

The Responsibilities

  • Coordinate funnel and forecast with Distributors on a reoccurring basis

  • Identify competitive accounts with Distributor sales management work strategy to gain business

  • Ownership of the Distributor sales process in the Ortho territories to include ongoing communication with AVP and District Sales Managers on prospecting and forecasted opportunities

Serve as key liaison for communication between Distributor and Ortho reps while connecting Distributor sales representatives to appropriate Ortho resources to include collaboration with Ortho Contracting

  • Provide sales support to Distributor Sales Specialist through field travel, technical training and ongoing updates

  • Provide support to Distributor sales representatives training, marketing programs, distributor collateral

  • Provide Distributor sales representatives the tools to participate and win business as necessary, pricing tools,marketing updates, consultation on sales proposals

  • Maintain Distributor knowledge with new product offerings from Ortho and any updates to current value offering

The Individual

  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred, but not required

  • Minimum of 5 years of diagnostic capital sales experience

  • Experience and knowledge with distributors is required

  • Ability to travel approximately 70%

  • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
