Corp Facilities Specialist
The Corporate Facilities Specialist will provide administrative support to the General Services Complex Facilities
Superintendent. This position will also work with other support staff to the overall General Service Department.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Processing time and expense reporting while ensuring compliance with Corporate Policies and General Accounting Procedures.
Providing administrative support to the GSC Facilities Superintendent
Providing consistent phone coverage support and coordinating building maintenance requests
Processing incoming/outgoing mail
Ordering office supplies on a regular basis
Handling building services including coordinating meetings, catering
Administering procurement card transactions for the group
Work extensively with Oracle, Maximo, eSTARS, and IExpense
High School Diploma highly desired
Bachelor's degree a plus
3-5 years' experience in an administrative support role
Additional training and/or experience in relevant skills is preferred

Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
