Under managerial direction, plans digital marketing projects and campaigns designated to ensure that goals and objectives of assigned tasks are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with the creation and execution of the digital marketing strategy, managing and collaborating with team members to execute projects from scope to completion. Act as point of contact for various internal and external partners.
Review performance metrics of email marketing campaigns to ensure optimal performance
Provide SEO and SEM recommendations for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, retargeting/display and other facets of paid search
Develop and implement department process improvements with consistent review and updates to policies and procedures.
Oversee all internal website content updates with careful proofreading and the ability to identify missing elements and adhere to company brand guidelines
Perform reporting related to campaigns and website performance
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitive analysis in the staffing industry

General MS Office Suite experience and marketing automation software experience

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of applicable digital marketing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Working experience with MS Office Suite, marketing automation software and content management system required.
