Job Description SummaryResponsible for assisting in performing procedures involved in the filling area (clean room) according to company and departmental SOPs. The SME for equipment processes and troubleshooting equipment issues. Individual will maintain records to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices.

Individual will also assist in operations performed in the product finishing area as needed. Individual will work in a fast-paced, safety-oriented, team environment. Job Description Primary Role Responsibilities Assists in the via-ling of products in the Class 100 Core and in the finishing area as needed for Screening products and assembling kits.

Prepares disinfectant solutions according to specifications. Maintains complete and accurate paperwork associated with job tasks. Sets up and operates production equipment, i.e. freeze dryer, oven, etc., as required.

Is the SME for equipment processes troubleshooting; works with Facilities and MSAT. Equipment maintaining current equipment for operations, assisting in preventative maintenance. Activities - liaison with Project Team on new equipment, assist in IQ, OQ, PQ and on-going validation of new equipment.

Performs area cleaning and prep work. Performs environmental monitoring knowledgeable, SME for MODA. Reads, understands, and follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). May perform calculations for production runs.

Job Description Summary QA Auditor III Location: Walkersville, MD Job Description Summary Lead internal auditor identifies quality issues, monitors progress toward resolution of deficiencies, and verifies effectiveness of corrective action. Prepares an annual internal audit plan for all applicable areas / processes / systems based on risk, includes any site assessments as defined by Lonza Global Quality (LGQ) Executes the audit plan to ensure timely completion Updates the audit plan when required, including justification for any changes Prepares an annual internal audit report Individual should be able to work independently with little direction to prepare written and verbal communication. Individual is expected to be gown qualified. The individual is expected to interact with Bioscience Media Operations Management, LAL Operations Management, QC Management, and QA and Site leadership. Primary responsibility is oversight of the internal audits that support aseptic processing of Bio therapeutic and Research media, LAL, and CT Operations. Strong knowledge and experience in aseptic manufacturing regulations and medical device quality management system regulations is required. Must have good understanding of the quality system approach to auditing. Job Description Plans and performs assigned internal audits approved by senior management Generates and distributes the audit report within the required timeframe. Assists SMEs with initiating CAPAs within the required timeframe in accordance with procedures. Reviews and follows up with the responses within the required timeframe for all types of internal audits. Provides feedback to the audited departments and upper management on compliance to GMP (QSR) Regulations (21 CFR Part 820; 210; 211 &1271), FDA Aseptic Processing Guidance, ISO 13408, 9001, 13485 standards, and European Union Medical Directives. Participates in the development of action plans to correct deficiencies and improve quality processes. Supports regulatory or client audits as host, front room or backroom manager Supports management of CAPAs related to internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections. Revise or approve SOPs related to audit observations and audit program The incumbent is assigned duties according to specified procedures and receives detailed instructions. The incumbent performs a variety of routine work within established policies and procedures, and receives detailed instructions on new projects and assignments. The incumbent normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments. The incumbent establishes methods and procedures for attaining specific goals and objectives, and receives guidance in terms of broad goals. Only the final results of work are typically reviewed. The incumbent exercises wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments. Minimum Qualifications & Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences required. Preferred area of study: Life Sciences Experience Greater than 6 years direct QA experience and a working knowledge of cell culture and aseptic processing experience required. Minimum >5 years’ experience in performing internal audits and third party audit management required. Experience with oversight of aseptic processing and the associated international aseptic processing regulations and medical device regulations. GMP compliance knowledge including knowledge of 21CFR210, 211, 820 and the PICS Guide to Good Manufacturing Practices Part 1 and 2 or the EU Guidelines to Good Manufacturing Practice Medicinal Products for Human and Veterinary Use, including Annex 1 and FDA Guidance on Aseptic Processing; ISO 9001:2015, 13485 and Part 11 compliance knowledge preferred. Working Knowledge of endotoxin testing required. Excellent written and oral communication to include accurate and legible documentation skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; team oriented; Independent work skills and a strong work ethic. The ability to interface and communicate directly with clients may be required. Microsoft Office and database management skills, organization skills, record keeping Ability to handle multiple projects. Strong collaboration and communication skills required.
