Copyright Search Analyst

We are seeking a Copyright Search Analyst to join our team at Clarivate! In this role, you will be responsible for conducting analytical research and producing detailed reports of findings to support our customer needs. About you - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• 2+ years of experience in a research or analytical role

• Associates degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience

It would be great if you also had…

• Professional research background in Intellectual Property, specifically copyrights

• Professional experience using Microsoft Office Applications

• Experience working in role with a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information

What will you be doing in this role?

• Conduct detailed, comprehensive searches and creates in-depth analysis on assigned copyright research projects

• Research and extract data from all applicable sources, ensures accuracy and quality of findings by complying with policies and applicable laws

• Develop appropriate search queries to maximize research results

• Provide regular communication and feedback to the client requesting the information

• Provide regular status updates on research projects to manager

• Effectively manage workload within defined deadlines and budgets

We are the leading source of intelligent information for the world's businesses and professionals, providing customers with competitive advantage. You will work closely with your internal team made up of Search Analysts and with external clients to understand the search needs. This role will be reporting to the Senior Manager of Search Analytics.

Hours of Work

• This is a full time, permanent position

• Regular business hours in EST time zone

• This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days a week in our Alexandria, VA office and may occasionally work at the U.S. Copyright Office
