The Airbnb Creative Fellowship is a one-year opportunity to stretch your skills in a fast-paced environment where visual design, brand, and product marketing go hand-in-hand-in-hand. This year, we are looking for four talented new-grads specializing in either Design, Motion, Photography, or Copywriting. These four Fellows will be immersed in a collaborative team, learn more about the Airbnb business beyond design, and help create community-driven brand expressions. All the while, you'll be receiving support and mentorship from a creative group of makers and thinkers.
Airbnb's Creative is a team of designers, filmmakers, illustrators, photographers, writers, producers, prototypers, and storytellers. We fuel the brand by merging multidisciplinary skills to create meaningful online and offline experiences for the Airbnb community around the world. From writing, shooting, and editing award-winning marketing campaigns to crafting smartly illustrated infographics, the team has become a collaborative unit that creates impactful, innovative, and authentic stories. As a Coprywriting Fellow, you will explore new territories of marketing through editorial content. You'll consider data, business insights, public policy initiatives to amplify stories from our platform, indexing the world's communities. By concepting new editorial series, writing scripts for brand films, creating content for product and social media, you'll have an inside look of creating what advertising means today.
