Responsible to the pilot-in-command of the flight for the conduct and execution of assigned duties in accordance with all Federal, State and local airport rules and regulations. This position will require a varied work schedule consisting of day and night hours with weekends and holidays as necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operates aircraft in a safe and efficient manner. Assists pilot-in-command (PIC) during preflight, flight operations and post-flight activities. Performs duties as assigned by the PIC.

  • Familiar with and follows all Federal Air Regulations (FAR) and company policies pertinent to assigned duties. Knowledgeable of latest changes in aircraft operations and procedures.

  • Prepared to assume in-flight duties of the PIC in the event he/she becomes incapacitated.

  • Provides appropriate passenger service including handling of baggage, taking care of passengers needs, and interacting with passengers appropriately at all times.

  • Assists with aircraft pre-flight planning and completing various forms, records, and flight documents as required.

  • Assures aircraft is clean and stocked for trip, both before and after flights.

  • Office duties as assigned during non-flight duty periods.

CAPABILITIES:

  • Turbine aircraft airmanship skills.

  • Above average interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Up-to-date technical job knowledge in aircraft systems, avionics, and air traffic control.

  • Teamwork skills and positive "can do" attitude.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Commercial Pilot with instrument and multi-engine rating, or Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (Multi-Engine)

  • FAA Class I Medical Certificate

  • Associate degree (preferred)

  • 1500 Hours as a Fixed Wing pilot

  • 250 Hours in Fixed Wing Multi-Engine Jet Aircraft

  • Ability to Travel >90%
