About the role:

Liquid I.V. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic self-starter to join our E-Commerce & Media team as a Web Content Coordinator. This person will be responsible for a variety of e-commerce operational tasks and duties, including site content management, ownership of the Shopify product catalog, updating content for new product launches, and quality assurance of the website functions and features.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize feedback and requests are essential to be successful in this position.

Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:

  • Set up products for new product launches and offerings, ensuring timely releases of products with accurate product information.

  • Ability to communicate effectively to notify various teams, including but not limited to the Acquisition, Retention, Social, and larger Marketing teams so they are able to execute their channels.

  • Execute online content and product catalog setup and maintenance, including imagery preparation and content updates.

  • Maintain SEO requirements (alt tags, SEO title and descriptions) for all product pages and pages on the site.

  • Leverage A/B testing to continuously improve customer experience and increase conversion.

  • Identify trends and opportunities in e-commerce, new business opportunities, and customer experience enhancements.

  • Identify and work with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Collaborate with the Content Marketing team and other internal departments on design, content, updates, copy, and improvements.

  • Execute and manage seasonal, promotional, and any content changes for all major components on the site (i.e. homepage banners, landing pages, etc.).

  • Utilize the current Content Management System to update content on the website.

  • Own and manage CMS SOP and update regularly as new features are added.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in DTC e-commerce.

  • Experience in health and wellness space a plus.

  • Familiarity with Shopify+

  • Follows industry trends and can adapt quickly.

  • Familiar with tactics that drive conversions.

  • Strong time and project management skills.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and complete tasks and assignments in a timely manner.

  • Be the brand voice when representing the company.

  • Enthusiastic with a "can do", positive attitude.

  • Thrive working independently in a hyper growth mode environment.

  • Detail oriented & results focused.

Work Environment:

  • Typical hybrid office environment with flexibility for industry events.

The expected base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $80,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
