We are seeking a Valuations Coordinator to join our team in Plano, Texas right away. Springhouse Valuations, an Altisource Business Unit, offers clients a competitive advantage in an increasingly challenging mortgage-lending industry. It serves as an intermediary that uses a nationwide panel of appraisers and real estate professionals to expedite real estate appraisal and valuation products. Our clients are able to reduce overhead costs by eliminating fixed expenses associated with in-house real estate valuation procurement. Springhouse offers clients a competitive advantage in an increasingly challenging mortgage-lending industry.
Manage the administrative duties of the valuations team
Follow up on all open valuation orders daily
Maintain proper system documentation by noting files and attaching appropriate information to file, to ensure records are accurate and retrievable if necessary
Negotiate vendor fees that are above standard rate in a case-by-case basis
Make outbound calls on orders to secure vendors for order completion
Collaborate with other Altisource Business Units within the company in order to successfully facilitate all requests from clients
Increase your real estate valuation knowledge working with our in-house Certified Staff Appraisers
Customer service or client relations experience
Residential valuation review experience from an AMC, mortgage lender, mortgage servicer or commercial valuation experience is a plus!
Work well in a team environment alongside other Real Estate Professionals
Expert level proficiency with the MS-Office suite of products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Acute attention to detail
