Provides reporting and analysis as well as administrative support to one or more directors and managers through a variety of duties related to compensation, benefits, and HRIS.
Other duties also include the following:
Maintain and protect sensitive and confidential information.
Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and catering services.
Assist HRIS on weekly Onbase Multiple Id's Report
Receive daily mail and reroute to the appropriate divisions
Respond to phone calls, emails, voicemails, and written correspondence.
Order business cards, company stationary, office supplies, etc.
Other duties may be assigned.
MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma required. College coursework, Associates Degree, or business school training preferred.
2 or more years' experience in a Human Resources or related role.
MS Office, Peoplesoft, and On Base experience required.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Ability to work in diverse and fast paced environment
Office environment.
