The University of Arizona Athletics Department invites applications for the position of Coordinator, Ticket Sales. The successful candidate must be highly motivated, a self-starter and organized.

Duties & Responsibilities
Primary responsibility is selling season and group game tickets for ticketed sports, with a focus on football
Position will be expected to meet and exceed annual sales and revenue goals
Position also expected to meet daily and weekly outbound activity goals
Assist with day-to-day operations of the Outbound Ticket Sales Team
Work with marketing and sales to coordinate advertising and ticket promotions for designated sports
Work home games as needed, performing various ticket sales and service duties, fulfilling events, servicing groups, and prospecting new sales throughout the game
Attend Networking events to develop a Sphere of Influence. Utilize networking to gain new leads for season and group packages
Create materials for internal use, work on mailings, and organize campaigns
Will need to work extended hours including nights and weekends
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Minimum Qualifications
One year of sales experience
Ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends
Proficiency in the following computer applications: Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions
Dedication and motivation to initiate, lead and support value-added projects
Meticulous attention to detail
Knowledge of position related rules and compliance (Example: NCAA, PAC-12 knowledge)
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and has a positive demeanor
Demonstrated organizational skills, including the ability to plan, establish priorities and successfully manage multiple priority projects
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive interpersonal relations
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels, and project a positive, professional attitude
Master's Degree in Sports Administration or Business Administration/Marketing
Experience working in college athletics or sports marketing organization
Experience with outbound ticket sales and game day experience activities
Working knowledge of Paciolan
Experience in the Tucson market preferred
