Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) seeks a dynamic Coordinator for the Sustainer Team. The incumbent will report to the Sustainer Program Manager. The coordinator will be responsible for general support of the Sustainer program. The Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Associate Director, Donor Services and the Sustainer Program Manager. They will act as the point of contact for customer service issues and donor inquiries

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with compliance in Payment Card Industry procedures

  • Investigate, document and resolve donor service issues pertaining to the Sustainer Program

  • Answer phone inquiries from a diverse audience and provide assistance to resolve the Inquiries.

  • Responsible for researching and identifying unknown donors.

  • Assist with PAC and Action Fund compliance.

  • Provide status report to Manager and Associate Director on identifying gifts, potential problems and concerns.

  • Assist with declined credit cards and reconciliation with finance

  • Other projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS / TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience required.

  • 1-2 years of directly-related, progressively responsible experience in non-profit work, direct response marketing, project management, and/or revenue operations.

  • Highly proficient with Excel, Google, EveryAction and Salesforce databases.

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to both "get in the weeds" and see the larger picture.

  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, learn and process information quickly, and exercise good judgment when dealing with a wide variety of people.

The Program Coordinator II is responsible for providing administrative, operational and programmatic support services to an assigned program area. The Program Coordinator II will be knowledgeable about institutional and program policies and procedures and provides support to a large or complex program or to multiple smaller programs. A Program is ongoing and while it may have a business cycle, will continue. The Program provides a specific service or carries out specific activities as a separate entity or as a component program within a department, but is not a department itself. The Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) is a national, non-profit membership organization that successfully uses social change principles to grow access to high-quality palliative care services for people living with serious illnesses. CAPC provides health professionals with the tools, training, and technical assistance necessary to start and sustain successful palliative care programs in hospitals and other health care settings. CAPC is seeking a full-time Education Associate (Program Coordinator II) who will report to the Senior Education Manager. As a key member of the Education team, the Associate will work closely with both internal and external content experts and field leaders. The Education Associate will serve as project manager for the development of virtual events, tools, and other educational content to support palliative care program design nationwide. CAPC is a fast-moving nonprofit that has had enormous impact in the twenty years since it was launched. Roles & Responsibilities: * Schedule, coordinate, and execute virtual learning events for CAPC audiences nationwide via webinars, virtual office hours, and clinical case study sessions * Moderate a listserv/online discussion platform to encourage peer-to-peer interaction between palliative care professionals * Collaborate with external web developers and internal teams to curate CAPC's collection of downloadable tools, and to continuously improve the user experience of CAPC's website * Provide project support to CAPC content development workgroups and subject matter experts, to facilitate the production of tools for palliative care teams * Synthesize CAPC user feedback to inform future content development within the Education Department * Occasional travel required Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree required * Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience; background in health care a plus * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to thrive in an environment that requires flexibility and collaboration * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in parallel * Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Drive, and Salesforce is a plus Strength Through Diversity The Mount Sinai Health System believes that diversity is a driver for excellence.
