The Princess Cruises is currently searching for a highly motivated Show Operations Coordinator who will provide administrative support for all studio operations and special events. You will coordinate cast accommodations, organize and distribute learning material, medical and visa support, travel documentation and logistics.

  • Coordinates cast accommodations, organizes and distributes learning material, medical and visa support, travel documentation and logistics

  • Provides administrative support for all studio operations and special events

  • Plans, coordinates and executes all seamstress travel and documentation

  • Administrator of the studio Hightail account, ensuring that all information is current and accurate

  • Secures all required seamstresses per project via an outside vendor

  • Prepares all seamstress travel, accommodations and logistics

  • Produces all necessary joining documentation

  • Assists in the invoice process and coding of all seamstresses

  • Ensures all travel remain within budgeted funds

  • Monitors all shipping costs to remain cost effective

  • Identifies areas to improve cost efficiencies

  • Coordinates the downloading of all show materials into the studio Hightail account

  • Accountable for all show materials remaining accurate and current

  • Distributes all learning materials to incoming cast members

  • Identifies areas in which distribution can be improved

  • Code invoices in accordance with Finance procedures to ensure correct accounting practices

  • Works with corporate supply chain to effectively process all procurements

  • Monitors all apartment procedures and associated collateral

  • Exemplifies the Consummate Host and supports corporate Core Values, ship board and shore side

  • Fosters departmental relations and awareness with internal departments and external customers

  • Attends classes and seminars to improve upon business skill set utilizing Princess U or other outside courses

  • Remains relevant and informed with current trends regarding latest computer software


  • Experience in Entertainment Industry an asset

  • Relevant industry courses and certifications

  • Strong administrative, computer and organizational skills

  • Must be detail oriented with effective planning and execution abilities

  • Must be able to work independently with the ability to exercise sound judgment in setting priorities

  • Creative background a plus

  • Relevant industry courses and certifications


  • Familiarity with POLAR, Markview, MAPS, and MS Word, Excel and Power Point
