Salary Range: $22.99 - $34.49 Hourly

Description

Job Summary:

Point of contact for security-related issues, primarily pulling requested footage and resolving access issues.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reviews video and makes evidentiary recordings.

  • Collects and preserves evidence until Company Investigator and/or law enforcement investigators arrive.

  • Ensures security equipment is working and in good order.

  • Verifies parking procedures are followed.

  • Works with security team to maintain and/or improve security operations.

  • Travels for training as needed.

  • Willing to respond to incidents 24/7 as needed.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 3 years experience in a security role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Good judgment and problem-solving ability

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Diversity awareness, understanding, and respect for cultural differences.

  • Good people skills and a position of authority

  • Strategic thinking

  • Strong understanding of door and video security systems

  • Must be comfortable with public speaking.

  • Must be self-motivated

  • Knowledge of camera hardware/software, access control hardware/software, Windows Operating Systems, and laptop and desktop hardware.

Work Environment:

  • Stand/Sit for long periods.

  • Must be able to lift and move 50 lbs.
