Coordinator Scheduling

Job Overview:

Responsible for the management of the Surgiware system and the OR statistics, and OR billing.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma

• Knowledge in preparing OR statistics, computer programs which include current OR system, Microsoft office, report writing, knows medical terminology and knowledge and experience relating to surgical procedures

Scheduling Requirements:

• Day Shift

• Full-Time

Essential Functions:

• Enters accurately all OR schedules, and payroll

• Maintains all scheduling changes on a daily basis

• Prepares daily assignment sheet and weekend call list

• Plans and oversees the implementation of Monthly staff schedule

• Supervises all clerical activities relative to ADP and any other scheduling and payroll platforms.
