Coordinator - Residential Rehabilitation Program

General Description:

The Residential Rehabilitation Program provides 24/7 support services in the home to individuals experiencing behavioral health issues. The Residential Coordinator is responsible for oversight of day-to-day program operations.

The Residential Coordinator is responsible for hiring, training, supervising, and supporting staff. The Residential Coordinator provides direct psychiatric rehabilitation services on an individual and group basis. The goal is to make sure trained and adequate staff are in place to assist the residents to develop the skills necessary for independence and success.

Schedule: Full time (40 hours), five days per week with flexibility in schedule to interact with employees on various shifts. This person reports to the Residential Director.

Required Education, Knowledge, and Skill Abilities to Perform Essential Job Functions:

A Bachelor's degree with at least three (3) years experience in mental health/psychiatric rehabilitation or related field is required. A valid driver's license with no more than two points is necessary.

Possess the ability to respect individual choice in the recovery process and understand the abilities and needs of individuals. Also, this position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, supervisory and leadership skills, and ability to promote teamwork.
