Position Summary:

Video Publishing Coordinator will oversee video publishing and programming to SiriusXM app. They will be responsible for gathering necessary assets, writing metadata, assisting publishing video content. Review/quality check video content functionality and metadata on SiriusXM app.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Upload and prepare videos in SiriusXM MAM/DAM.

  • Gather/create all necessary assets for videos (metadata, jpegs).

  • Write copy and input all metadata for steaming video.

  • Organize and tag ongoing digital libraries in content management systems.

  • Work closely with video archive team to ensure successful video publishing.

  • Quality check all video prior to publishing and once live in app.

  • Assist post production team with uploads from Premiere to content management systems and other miscellaneous needs.

  • Help to oversee technical aspects of DAM, including video strategies and workflows.

  • Track all videos published.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with digital video and content management systems.
Requirements and General

Skills:
  • Broadcast/digital media post production experience a plus.

  • Experience with media asset management platforms.

  • Knowledge of post-production media formats (compression rate, codex, frame rate).

  • Demonstrate knowledge of basic standards and best-practices for descriptive metadata.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and computer/technological skills.

  • Awareness of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) practices.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing.

  • Extremely attentive to detail and quality.

  • Impeccable spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills.

  • Exceptionally organized.

  • Self-motivated and proactive.

  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Technical Skills:

  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Premiere and Photoshop)
  • Media Asset Management Platforms (MAM) and/or Digital Asset Management Platforms (DAM)

Role Summary The Digital Content Coordinator will be responsible for social media and digital marketing initiatives for MSGE Live. This social media specialist must have superb written skills, an impeccable attention to detail and must have the ability to craft social voice for all MSG venues that is authentic, elevated and relatable. The candidate must also have digital marketing skills and is able to create innovative, impactful, brand-elevating content including, but not limited to images and video. While the Social Media Coordinator is fluent in all social channels, this candidate has a deep working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram/Instagram Stories, and YouTube. Community leadership and participation (both online and offline) are integral to the Social Media Coordinator's success. An essential component will be to communicate the Company's brand in a positive, authentic way that will attract today's modern, hyper-connected ticket buyers. They will collaborate with internal team members and stakeholders to execute cohesive and engaging social media strategy across all MSG properties. Specific Functions/Activities Summary * Execute MSG Live social media messages across all MSG Live social media platforms and channels. * Provide letter-perfect social copy; carefully proofread and edit to ensure no mistakes before presenting to key stakeholders. * Maintain social editorial calendars (using social media tool): copy, scheduling, posting, maintenance, etc. * Source, maintain and manage digital assets and content effectively through asset management tools (Box.com, etc.) * Tag content, measure results and provide weekly reporting to continually evaluate effectiveness of social strategies; develop actionable insights to evolve engagement. * Aggressively monitor direct competitors with research, best practices, and emerging technology/new tools. * Live, real-time event coverage onsite, as needed. * General administrative tasks (invoicing, reporting, account management, updating documents and spreadsheets) Qualifications * At least 2-3+ years of work experience in social media or digital journalism. Past experience in media, live entertainment or agency space preferred. * Minimum 4-year college degree. A degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or Journalism is preferred. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * The ability to effectively manage time, work quickly and shift gears on a dime under pressure. * A healthy appetite for music, television, pop culture, entertainment, technology, news and current events. * Self-starter who can work autonomously and as a team. * Outstanding oral, written and presentation skills. * Proficient in Google Docs, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Sprinklr (or similar social publishing platform) and Social Analytics.
