Ranging from highly creative to analytically savvy, the Coordinators on our product-facing teams provide entry-level support while gaining exposure to some of our key business driving teams and processes. What Will You Be Doing?

Examples of potential daily tasks could include:

  • Providing regular data entry and administrative support to your team

  • Building and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships

  • Managing commitment and purchase order issuance and maintenance

  • Ordering and tracking incoming samples requested by cross-functional teams

  • Assisting with floorset calendar management

  • Creating individual store communication regarding floorset operations, store layout, marketing, and promotional activity

  • Helping with photoshoot style-out and approval process

  • Completing other projects and duties as assigned

What Do You Need to Bring?

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA

  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Passion for the A&F Brands

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Willingness to be flexible to changing demands and respond to feedback

  • A strong desire for adventure & curiosity

  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, structured environment

  • Desire to learn & hunger for more!

  • A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners to achieve the vision of the brands

Information Technology at Abercrombie & Fitch is fundamental to designing, sourcing, developing, and delivering fashion forward merchandise to our customers. The Software Engineer – Customer Facing Systems is responsible for delivering complex store & omnichannel applications in global stores across 20+ countries. We're seeking a candidate that is constantly challenging the status quo, can work closely with our business partners and IT teams, and will seek out innovation in an ever-evolving retail environment. What will you be doing? * Collaborate with a talented group of software engineers responsible for stores Selling Systems (POS, Mobile POS), Omnichannel (Buy Online Pickup In Store, Endless Aisle), and Customer Engagement (Loyalty, Digital Marketing) across the globe (US, Canada, Europe, Asia, Middle East) * Design, develop, test, and support world class solutions to enable our brands' initiatives. * Discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to assist our business partners in solving problems. * Ensure stability, performance and support of critical production systems meet stores needs around the world * Influence and uphold development standards, processes, and methodologies What will you need to bring? * Expertise in application development using Java, Spring, SQL, Web Services, JavaScript frameworks (Angular or React), CSS. * Bachelor's degree in an IT related field * 5+ years experience in all phases of the software development life cycle, including analysis, design, unit test, system test, deployment and production support * Experience with Agile methodology and tools such as JIRA, GIT, Bamboo * Retail experience is a plus * Strong drive to seek out and implement innovative technology * Ability to adapt and work in a fast paced, structured environment * A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners to achieve the vision of the brand ABERCROMBIE & FITCH CO.
