This is a multi-faced position with a range of dynamic projects and responsibilities which serve to assist Regal Director of Population Health. This individual should be capable of effectively completing high-level management projects, as well as fulfilling coordinator, scheduling, administrative, and analytical duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Fulfills coordinator duties including scheduling, documentation, calling members, audits and assisting program managers during staffing shortages.

  • Works collaboratively with Population Health department staff to produce reports detailing program performance.

  • Develops, updates and maintains department documentation such as Job Aids, intake forms, marketing materials, evaluation materials, audit forms, assessments, data collection logs, and other materials and projects as needed.

  • Ability to stay organized, meet company and departmental goals, and turn in timely and high-quality deliverables to the Director of Population Health.

  • Works cooperatively and collaboratively with the executive team as well as Medical Directors.

  • Monitors and analyzes programs and interventions to improve processes and outcomes.

  • Identifies opportunities for the development and implementation of new approaches that improve efficiencies and production while maintaining quality.

  • Coordinates and/or performs other activities as delegated.

The Population Health department is looking for a Data Analyst to lead data-driven evaluation and analysis of departmental programs and regional healthcare operations. Candidates for this position will have strong experience in statistics and working knowledge in research and program evaluation methods, with a desired focus in analysis of healthcare programs, utilization and processes. We are looking for candidates who excel on teams, with a variety of stakeholders, in addition to working well independently. Under the direction of the Chief Population Health Officer/SVP of Operations – NW Region, the Project Manager (Health Informatics) is responsible for supporting health informatics, operations and special projects for the Population Health Department and the NW Region (San Fernando and Simi Valley campuses). This individual will provide data analysis, program evaluation activities, campus-specific program support, target initiatives within the Member Advocate Program, as well as other Population Health management initiatives. This Project Manager enables work in these areas to be streamlined, improving efficiency and supporting management. In addition, the Project Manager will provide knowledge, expertise, and resources that are specific to NW Region as well as assist in developing effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes. The Health Informatics Project Manager is responsible for data review, aggregation, and analysis in order to support evidence-based program development within the Population Health department. This individual will be involved in identifying and quantifying impact of existing and prospective services on healthcare utilization and hospital admission reduction. Capable of being independent with decision-making within the Scope of Practice and Job Description. * Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: * Serves as the departmental point-person for auditing, aggregation and analysis of Population Health data across various business units. * Produces reports to inform various aspects of evaluation and analytics. * Analyzes, reviews, forecasts, and presents information for programmatic, operational, and business planning. * Supports and strengthens data infrastructure for departmental use through development of tracking systems and utilizing existing technology platforms and data warehouses of the organization. * Assists in developing and implementing effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes. * Assists in identifying business information needs, system requirements and KPIs to assist with programmatic, operational, and strategic planning. * Identifies pertinent and useful data from a variety of sources throughout the organization. * Designs custom reports, as needed.
