This is a multi-faced position with a range of dynamic projects and responsibilities which serve to assist Regal Director of Population Health. This individual should be capable of effectively completing high-level management projects, as well as fulfilling coordinator, scheduling, administrative, and analytical duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Fulfills coordinator duties including scheduling, documentation, calling members, audits and assisting program managers during staffing shortages.
Works collaboratively with Population Health department staff to produce reports detailing program performance.
Develops, updates and maintains department documentation such as Job Aids, intake forms, marketing materials, evaluation materials, audit forms, assessments, data collection logs, and other materials and projects as needed.
Ability to stay organized, meet company and departmental goals, and turn in timely and high-quality deliverables to the Director of Population Health.
Works cooperatively and collaboratively with the executive team as well as Medical Directors.
Monitors and analyzes programs and interventions to improve processes and outcomes.
Identifies opportunities for the development and implementation of new approaches that improve efficiencies and production while maintaining quality.
Coordinates and/or performs other activities as delegated.
