The P&C Services Administrator is responsible for front line, direct contact with customers and internal support of P&C partners. Responsibilities include answering employees' inquiries through the P&C Case Management, triaging and assigning cases to P&C Services team members, assisting with invoice processing, P&C Services communications, mailing, and data management related to employees joining and leaving the company.

Answer P&C customers' (employees, vendors, business partners, managers, etc.) questions on a variety of topics, including benefits, payroll, taxes, absence, time, compensation

Resolve Tier 1 employee requests ensuring exceptional customer service satisfaction

Document all inquiries, issues and transactions using the case management system

Serve as primary for all incoming case triage and assignment to the P&C Services team

Assist in ongoing document management processes

Assist in the processing of invoices related to the P&C area

Serve as primary for communication management from the P&C Services group to company employees, including answering questions that are submitted regarding communications

Ensure all P&C mailing is completed, and all returned mail is investigated to ensure delivery to employee is successful (1095A, W2, etc.)

Participate in projects and initiatives to improve processes and drive efficiency

Achieve performance measures and adhere to established SLA requirements

Perform other responsibilities as assigned, which may become essential to the position

Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field

Minimum one year of HR or related field job experience

Knowledge of HR Systems (SAP, ServiceNow, etc.)

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio, etc.)

Strong verbal/written communication skills, organization skills, detail-oriented, yet able to analyze and recommend alternatives

Ability to prioritize and address competing demands; multi-tasking capacity critical

High degree of respect for the confidentiality and sensitivity of HR and payroll data

Must be able to demonstrate ability to learn and understand various computer systems

Must possess the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment

VIEW JOBS 6/9/2022 12:00:00 AM 2022-09-07T00:00 Position Overview: As part of the Card Fraud team, this position is responsible for testing fraud strategies and analyzing data (false positive ratios) to ensure continued strategy effectiveness and adjust the fraud strategies on the fraud prevention systems that are currently in place. The role will utilize transaction data to identify common points of compromise, suspect merchants as well as any other gaps in strategies and make adjustments as necessary to the fraud systems. This position is responsible for the development of fraud strategies as it relates to card/payment fraud, with potential to expand expertise in transaction fraud areas as well (e.g., ACH, wire, ATM, Zelle, etc.). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Write fraud rule statements in fraud detection applications such as Defense Edge, FDWC, VRM, VCAS. * Test fraud strategies and analyze data (false positive ratios) to ensure continued strategy effectiveness and adjust fraud rules, as necessary. * Review and analyze VISA transactions against reported fraud cases to mitigate fraud trends * Examine fraud trends to detect common points of compromise and/or suspect merchants. * Examine processes that present fraud risk to Bankcard products and/or result in customer impact and escalate issues that have the potential to have a widespread impact. * Partner with business lines to provide support on new or changed processes that could influence fraud trends * Maintain currency with fraud/industry trends related to Bankcard. * Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of departmental work * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and meet regulatory reporting deadlines * Ability to organize and prioritize work * Perform other duties as assigned by Fraud Strategy Manager Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
