KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
Perform administrative functions.
Manages implementation of all systems, procedures and policies related to the area.
Participates in the planning and execution of agency and department goals.
Attends assigned meetings and trainings.
Serves on department and agency committees/task forces as assigned.
Supervise day-to-day activities within the residential locations.
Ensures all residential locations meet high housekeeping, safety, health and sanitation standards, and that a "home-like" environment is maintained.
Maintains inventory of building and office supplies, home supplies and persons served medications.
Maintains inventory of possessions of people served.
Monitors condition of vehicles used at the residential location to ensure proper operating condition, cleanliness, mileage documentation and documentation of any vehicle accidents.
Monitors completion of all necessary documentation, and follows up on any identified issues (i.e., monthly documents, timesheets, household orders, office supply orders, attendance log, production records, financial audits, etc.).
Accounts for finances of people served.
Monitors medication and medical needs of people served, ensuring medical ordrs are followed according to medical staff.
Ensures safety/security of people served, staff, buildings and vehicles is maintained.
Monitors completion of assessments; attends ISPs, consultations and special meetings.
Ensures training strategies and supports/services goals are documented and implemented.
Ensures primary DSPs contact families on a monthly basis and/or as determined by the team.
Ensures recreation/leisure activities are offered with staff assistance, as needed.
Ensures people supported are provided skill training in independent living, as well as safety procedures.
Facilitates quarterly tenant meets to address issues and concerns identified by people served and/or staff. Generates meeting minutes.
Rotates the weekend on-call responsibility with the other CSSs.
Supervise and coach direct reports.
Assists in interviewing/hiring for open and new positions.
Orients and trains staff.
Ensures compliance with all agency policies and procedures.
Monitors staff completion of mandatory online training and assessments.
Monitors and evaluates performance. Conducts performance reviews.
Schedules and facilitates staff and supervisory meetings.
Addresses staff concerns and recommends disciplinary actions.
Monitors and staffs work schedules. Approves schedule exceptions.
Ensures quality and service standards are met.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School/GED degree. Bachelor's degree in human services field preferred. Four or more years experience in related field, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
