The Coordinator of MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) Data Coaching plays a pivotal role in our school district's commitment to ensuring every student's success through data-driven decision-making. This position is responsible for leading, coordinating, and providing professional development to educators on the effective use of data within the MTSS framework, as well as in implementing district identified best practices for instruction.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of educational data systems, and the ability to coach and support educators in utilizing data to inform instructional practices. The Coordinator of MTSS Data Coaching will assist the directors of elementary and secondary education in the implementation of the Common Core Standards and associated curriculum, instruction and assessment, as well as support district-wide and federal testing programs.

NOTE: Recruitment of this position is to start for the 24-25 School Year All District employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment. Successful applicants for this position will be required to submit proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or request an exemption for qualifying medical or religious reasons during the onboarding process. Applicants should not present proof of vaccination until directed to do so by the District's Human Resources Office.Note: In-House candidates are not required to attach the 3 letters of recommendation

  • At least four (4) years of successful classroom teaching at different grade levels; Experience in testing and assessment and in providing professional development and/or recent mentoring and/or support experience, desirable. • Must be computer literate, able to develop and deliver presentations and reports commensurate with this position. • Experience working in a school setting, preferably in roles related to data analysis, coaching, or knowledge of MTSS implementation. • Master's Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning is required; Official Transcripts. • Possession of a valid California Teaching Credential; possession of a valid California Administrative Services Credential or eligibility for an Administrative Intern Credential applied for by the college/ university.
