Overview

In keeping with this mission, the role of the Coordinator of Internal Football Operations is to support a quality varsity program that will challenge and develop the physical, mental and personal abilities of student-athletes of a Division I program.

Responsibilities
Assist Head Coach and staff with team aspects of football program, including team meeting preparation, motivational videos, recruiting PowerPoint presentation etc.
Assist Head Coach with player evaluations and roster management.
Practice and workout set up and field preparation (field equipment, lifts, etc.).
Practice and game day photos.
Oversee Music playlists, set up speakers for practice and locker room
Serve as the coaches/staff support for all technological needs, including but not limited to Teamworks, XOs, Whistle, Arms, etc.
Oversee facility (locker room, team room, broadcast center, etc.) set up for game day recruiting events and recruit photo shoots.
Serve as liaison with athletic department staff and University personnel.
Player awards, game balls, etc.
Work with Head Coach and Equipment manager on design of gear, uniforms, and any other equipment, etc.
Work with marketing on gameday activities such as player entrance, 5th quarter, special community service/events, etc.
Supervise production of season highlight film. Archive historical content.
Oversee all social media (Twitter account, Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook) including oversight of followers and DMS
Oversee all video operations crew for in season highlights and manage all coaching digital media technician needs
Serve as liaison between athletic communications and football program
Assist with the Princeton Football website including all articles and media
Manage weekly Recruit Graphics and design of recruit mailings (postcards, etc.)
Recommend new technology (cameras, etc.) and maintain all existing technology
Assist Head Coach and staff in organizing all special events such as camps, clinics and the golf outing, etc.
Oversight of the printed media including camp brochure, website, schedule calendar, info booklets and signage ads for PFA golf outing
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Necessary computer skills such as word processing, mail merging, and desktop publishing.
Must have database manipulation knowledge.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be able to multi-task.
Must recognize the importance and of recruiting to the success of the football program.
Must be trusted with confidential material.
Applicant must know NCAA recruiting rules.
Experience with social media, graphics, and video required.
Adhere to Ivy League and NCAA rules and regulations.
