Position Overview

The Coordinator of Fleet & Driver Assets is an instrumental role in supporting the fleet of vehicles and material handling equipment in a designated area.

What you'll do:

• Manage the current vehicle and equipment fleet, as well as the location of each asset

• Develop and execute a preventative maintenance program for all area vehicles and equipment

• Provide superior customer service to all field Associates and Drivers as it relates to all fleet related inquiries or needs

• Report on life cycle of area assets

• Coordinate with area leadership on ordering and disposal of assets

Skills We Are Seeking

• 2+ years of experience performing related functions

• Some general knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations

• Ability to prioritize tasks in a changing environment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

• High School / GED diploma preferred
