Under the general supervision of the Assistant Superintendent, Student Services coordinate CUSD Educationally Related Mental Health programs and services for general and special education students; providing direct services to students; directing and supervising the delivery of mental health intervention services provided by District personnel and other community-based mental health organizations
Required valid California Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Counseling (PPSC), School Psychology, School Social Work or Administrative Services CredentialPreferred valid License by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Marriage Family TherapistFive (5) years experience in providing mental health services in a California School district or county office of education
Five (5) years experience providing training to parents, school district staff, and /or community-based organizations
Five (5) years experience providing clinical supervision
Five (5) years experience in working with a Special Education Local Plan Area or school district operations
