The Marketing Coordinator will serve as coordinator of activities and materials traffic for the marketing team from initiation of projects with various vendors, through the promotional review process followed by purchasing and production of the materials to the fulfillment house. A significant portion of the role will also be tracking materials and the purchase order/budgeting process.
PRC - Responsible for the accurate and timely operations of the promotional review committee (PRC) activities including any co-promotion PRC activities as outlined in the PRC policy and procedures. This includes preparing and disseminating review documents, tracking materials through the process, proofreading documents and printed materials, providing support documents to Regulatory Affairs as needed for filing with the FDA and managing paper and electronic files for appropriate documentation. Ongoing responsibilities in this role will also include tracking the expiration of materials and coordinating the destruction of obsolete materials with the fulfillment house.
POs/Budgets Responsible for developing an efficient tracking tool for commercial expenses in order to effectively track purchases and reconcile budgets. In addition, this role will play a significant role interacting with the Zogenix finance department to ensure our reports are accurate and timely.
Coordination of key department events Responsible for maintaining departmental calendar for key events and assisting with logistics and deliverables.
Previous pharmaceutical marketing operations or communications experience preferred.
Requires advanced proficiency in Adobe Pro and Microsoft Word with adeptness using Excel, Power Point, Outlook Calendar management, and web-ex services.
