Position Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Lake Mary, FL - in office
Reports to: Director, Brand Marketing & Communication

This is an exempt position and will contribute to the reputation and growth of our company by building stronger engagement and interest in the digital and trade show space, including all forms of social media, our website, linked consumer groups, sales presentations, and other venues. We are thrilled to enhance our marketing team with an experienced team player ready to jump in and make a difference.
Essential Functions
Coordinate and track initiatives regarding packaging design, development, and execution for VF brand and private label program for VF owned and partner facilities.
Facilitate trade media plan with timely communications of AD space and editorial opportunity communications with the brand team for the VF Fresh Division.
Manage updates of VF Fresh materials and Sales collateral to Marketing Toolbox and VF Fresh website.
Execute VF Fresh tradeshow support and event coordination related to exhibit space, materials, and personnel
Facilitate written and graphical content creation for VF Fresh social channels, blogs, website, marketing materials, and press releases
Monitor and track VF Fresh marketing budget functions that apply to monthly P&L reviews, directional account P&L's, and project creation.
SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the requirements of the company.
Assist in cross functional company initiatives and events.
Assist CEO/CFO/COO on request for special projects in coordination with Director of Brand Marketing & Communication.
Occasional overnight and weekend travel to tradeshows and customer or store visits
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
EDUCATION

Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word, Adobe, Social Channels, and Web environments.
Proficient in AI (Microsoft CoPilot) skills a plus.
