Reporting to the Manager, Logistics, the Coordinator, Logistics is responsible for managing the relationship with the Nutrien Ag Solutions field personnel as it relates to the Dyna-Gro seed business, supporting the inbound and outbound movement of products. This role is open to remote work in ND, SD, MN, IA.

What you will do:

• Process order changes/cancellations and review available inventory across the Dyna-Gro portfolio, while collaborating with branch personnel in the assigned geography

• Coordinate with various stakeholders on shipping schedules, orders and meeting deadlines

• Determine the most efficient/economical method of shipping

• Accurately and timely completing of all order and shipment documentation, along with scheduling inbound and outbound loads

• Coordinate returns and reconcile inventory within the assigned geography

• Follow established policies, procedures and objectives to achieve results, while jointly working with Logistics team members and leadership

• Lead and perform work the Nutrien Way - engaging in corporate, policies, programs and practices, including SH&E regulations and standards, to bring our Culture of Care to life

• Perform other related duties, as required

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree required; experience may be considered in lieu of education

• 1-2 years of office experience preferred, preferably in a customer service, and logistics. A background in agricultural preferred, but not required

• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Excellent communication, organizational, strategic thinking, and planning skills

• Skilled in assessing risk and exercising sound judgment in decision-making

• Ability to demonstrate computer competence, the use of spreadsheets, database, and word processing software applications within a Windows-based operating environment

• Strong initiative and adaptable to change

• Please note that if the selected candidate for this opportunity is within a commutable distance to a Corporate office, they would be required to work three days a week from that office location.
