Coordinator, Lead Case Management

Position summary: Provides technical and clerical support to the Case Managers and Social Workers or Supervisor of Children#s Outpatient Services.

Acts as a liaison to hospital departments and outside contacts.

Additionally, LEAD position: Assists in the development of new processes, providing direction and support to the Case Management Coordinators and Children#s Outpatient Services.

Serves as a resource to co-workers.

Provides input to co-workers annual evaluations in concert with Department Manager. May perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications: EDUCATION: High School graduate or equivalent CERTIFICATION: n/a EXPERIENCE: HMO and insurance experience.

Preferred Qualifications: #1-2 years office or clerical experience in hospital setting. Computer skills with knowledge of Word/Excel programs. Medi-Cal terminology. $22.09 - $31.09 hourly. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
