Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and experience with financial budgeting.

Desired Qualifications:

Consideration may be given to candidates with at least 3 years of post-baccalaureate experience working administratively in a higher education environment; ability to multitask, ability to manage competing priorities, and work independently; excellent written and oral communication skills; excellent ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds; ability to successfully supervise employees and to constructively exercise authority and independent decision-making; and expertise with work in an electronic/web environment, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat Professional; knowledge of Miami University and College of Arts and Sciences policies and procedures with regard to budget and personnel.
