We are seeking a Coordinator, Finance (Capital Markets Group) at our Corporate Office, located in Roseville, CA.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Prepare and submit various government, lender and investor finance applications for approval and funding. Provide due diligence documents as required. Provide support to Vice President, Capital Markets Group in the closing process including preparing due diligence for loan closings, equity contributions, third party reports, title and escrow, insurance and other items requested by lending/investor institutions.

  • Conduct preparation of finance documents and records maintenance including scanning, filing (both electronically and physically).

  • Manage due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions, lenders and equity investors, appraisals, market studies.

  • Assist in title & escrow process for projects.

  • Responsible for post-closing document management.

  • Interface with internal and external partners regarding project financing information.

  • Contract administration duties include the review of finance related contracts and invoices and facilitate their execution/authorization.

  • Organize and archive documents related to applications or finance closings.

  • Participate in project team meetings, record/distribute meeting notes and any other department needs.

  • Responsible for incorporating legal entities with State.

  • Prepare, compile and organize various legal documents for finance closings.

  • Understand program requirements related to development and finance.

  • Provides administrative assistance to Capital Markets Group including travel.

  • Assistance with calendar- schedule meetings and appointments as necessary.

  • Assist with the development and management of project database.

  • Preparation of expense reports, invoice coding and approvals.

  • Occasional overtime and travel may be required.

  • General office organization.

REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES:

Education/Experience:

  • Associate's Degree desired with coursework focused in business, finance, math, real property appraisal and/or real estate.

  • Experience reviewing and interpreting regulations or guidelines and then applying them to specific circumstances is helpful.

  • Experience in summarizing and understanding legal documents.

  • Experience in related fields is desired (Real Estate, Lending, Appraisal, Affordable Housing or Property Management.)

  • Willingness to obtain Notary Public a plus.

Skills:

  • Ability to review checklists, process requests using an understanding of the requirements, analyze and determine what will best satisfy the request work independently with limited supervision.

  • Take initiative and have good follow-through on tasks.

  • Ability to articulate and interact with all levels of staff and partners.

  • Multitask and prioritize work while under strict deadlines. Remain calm under pressure.

  • Problem-solving skills.

Other Requirements, Including Travel:

  • Use of Google Earth (able to measure distance and identify businesses, transportation, and services.)
  • Adobe Acrobat

Schedule: Monday

  • Friday 8:15 - 5:15

Status: non-Exempt

Compensation: $31.25 - $33.65 per hour
