Supports the Field Sales Area Vice Presidents and Regional Sales Directors with a focus on delivering retail targets, productively and efficiently. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, retail sales analysis, annual & seasonal planning, staffing & freelance productivity analysis, data & document management, ad-hoc reporting.
Essential Job Duties
Retail sales analysis in partnership with Business Intelligence: ensure the field sales teams are receiving accurate and timely retail sales analysis and in depth analysis as needed.
Retail planning in partnership with Business Intelligence and Sell In: seasonal strategizing and planning processes, documents and presentations.
Staff Management in partnership with Sales Development and Field Sales: assure accuracy in counter team headcount by retailer and brand. Monthly productivity analysis across all brands and retailers.
Freelance Management in partnership with Sales Development & Field Sales: ongoing maintenance of seasonal/annual freelance allocation processes and documents.
Liaison between Field Sales, Education & Events, Sell In, Sales Development, Business Intelligence and Marketing.
Collaborate with Business Intelligence Reporting Team to maintain up-to-date field/door and customer alignment in our master data system.
Attend store visits together with Sell Thru team members to understand business context and In-Store needs.
College Degree & Minimum of 3 years luxury beauty field sales experience. Corporate reporting experience is favorable.
Must have first-hand experience and solid understanding of field sales (Sell Through). Multi-brand management is a plus.
Highly proficient in Excel including pivot tables and charts.
Advanced knowledge and experience with Word and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Agile, detail oriented and able to multitask in a high-demand environment.
Team player with ability to work under pressure with fluctuating deadlines.
