The Coordinator, Business Intelligence and Optimization provides visibility into the Post Production supply chain, enabling real-time dashboards to optimize operations. This position is responsible for working cross-functionally with partners such as Operations, Engineering, and Post teams, leveraging data and preparing it for analysis.

The Role

This position requires someone who is proactive, a positive thinker, and able to exercise good judgment and initiative. The role will focus on deep organizational data analytics; the organization is seeking someone highly analytical and detail-oriented, a proficient problem solver, and an effective communicator.

You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and focus on generating results. You must be a self-starter and be able to work effectively in an autonomous manner.

By developing and running queries against data, creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations, we will be able to make the analytical results available to business leaders, executives, as well as operational workers to inform strategic and tactical opportunities.

By partnering with teams to improve reporting and identify opportunities for ongoing enhancements, the organization will be able to identify actionable insights and trends to drive results, discovering problems before they arise.

The Role: We are looking for a Creative Coordinator to join our growing Creative Operations group. Leveraging our understanding of the creative process, we support a wide range of brand, marketing and product initiatives. We are tasked with building operational excellence through practices and partnerships that encourage purposeful decision making and help elevate the value of creative work. We are seeking candidates who are familiar with the creative process and have experience trafficking, coordinating or assisting in a creative or marketing environment. Proactive, self starters that have a proven track record of keeping projects organized and creative wheels turning. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, possesses excellent communication skills and loves process. What the job is: * Champion process and tools; help research, implement and maintain. * Shepard projects of all sizes through the creative process and established workflows. * Own air traffic control; evaluate incoming creative needs against resources and track project milestones, anticipating issues and adjusting as needed. * Support designers with prioritization, deadline management and day to day communications. * Support design department with scheduling, notation, presentations and reporting. * Coordinate creative training initiatives, offsites and activities. * Cultivate relationships and partnerships with internal and external team members. * Cultivate relationships and partnerships with outside vendors, including agencies, fabricators and freelancers.
