What part will you play?

Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks a Corporate Communications Coordinator for the WW Corp Comm & Public Affairs (CCPA) department. The position will report to the Director, Corporate Communications, Special Projects, & Events.

  • Assists two Directors with day-to-day office and administrative support, includes phones, scheduling, expense reports and travel as needed as well as general administrative support to the Corp Communications team as needed.

  • Serve as back-up/to Corporate Communications Administrator and other administrative support as required to ensure executive desks are always covered. Can include lunch coverage, as well as when staff is off desk for special events, meetings, etc.

  • Support Director, Corporate Communications as directed with special events, including media and VIP Tours, Make-a-Wish, executive events supported by CCPA team.

  • As directed by Director, Corp Communications, utilizes strong written skills to assist with drafting and maintaining various written materials, including Company Headlines, executive bios on BTS.com and WB.com, divisional one-sheets and press releases. Serve as back up on corporate information on internal and external company websites.

  • As directed, assists in monitoring newswires, Internet sources and print publications, looking for breaking news/coverage related to and of interest to Warner Media and WB.

  • Work with Director, Special Projects and Events and Corporate Communications staff to support screenings and other events on- and off-lot.

  • Maintain CCPA events calendar on a weekly basis.

  • May assist as needed with research, prepare and electronically distribute press breaks (daily News Summary) regarding Warner Bros. Entertainment and its subsidiaries (business stories, legal/legislative matters, product), as well as back up on relevant Warner Media breaks.

  • Fulfill various Warner Media requests for images, artwork and trailers; logos, charitable contribution donations, videos, etc. Compile and distribute award memos to Warner Media (Oscars, Emmys, Golden Globes, other industry awards).

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

What do we require from you?

  • BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field strongly preferred.

  • Minimum 1 -2 years previous secretarial/administrative support experience required.

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment strongly preferred.

  • Previous publicity and/or entertainment experience strongly preferred.

  • Must be very detail oriented as will be responsible for a large amount of written materials being circulated and posted on external websites.

  • Must have proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet functions.

  • Working knowledge of PhotoShop or Microsoft Photo Editor would be helpful in this position.

  • Must have knowledge of file set-up, maintenance, filing procedures, basic math, spelling, grammar, punctuation, English usage, and press release, report, and letter formats.

  • Must be extremely organized and possess ability to prioritize several varied responsibilities within a strict deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong computer aptitude preferred for content management tool use and uploading data and artwork to external websites.

  • Must have ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with executives, press contacts, vendors, filmmakers, talent, and other publicity personnel in person and on telephone.

  • Must have a good memory/good name recall.

  • Must be able to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions.

  • Must be able to organize and schedule work effectively.

  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks.

  • Must be able to work under pressure.

  • Must be quick both mentally and physically.

  • Must be able to work well in a team environment.

  • May be required to work limited overtime as needed.

Entertainment Inc. seeks a Financial Analyst for the Enterprise Financial Services - Transformation & Service Management department. The Finance Analyst, Enterprise Financial Services (EFS) Rotation Program, will be part of a 2-year Analyst Rotation Program within EFS. As a member of this program, the role will get exposure to 3 rotations within WB's corporate accounting departments including Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Invoice to Cash. The Finance Analyst will also participate in trainings and professional development opportunities within the program. The role will support the delivery of services to business customers across all Warner Bros. business units and territories, including a mixture of entry preparation, analysis, process improvement support, project delivery and transaction investigation and troubleshooting. The role will support staff at all levels of the EFS organization and interact with EFS customers, staff and our Outsource partner. * Support the agreed activities and objectives of each rotation assignment as outlined at the start of each assignment, this will include: * Perform day-to-day activities to ensure completion of on-time deliverables for the EFS tower. * Perform analysis activities to investigate balances or transactions in the financials. * Develop appropriate documentation for processes and requests. * Manage day-to-day workload and prioritize tasks, communicating with assigned supervisor. * Collaborate with team members in our outsource partners centers, EFS or other WB departments to complete activities or answer queries. * Strive to maintain and improve quality of service to EFS customers. * Complete ad-hoc projects as required. * Complete assigned projects to support training and development: * Complete assigned development projects to support your career development within WB. * Complete assigned training as required. What do we require from you? * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. * Looking to study for CPA strongly preferred. * Entry level experience in Finance/Accounting or related business finance field. * Demonstrate basic understanding of key accounting concepts including General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. * Experience with SAP or other large organization financial system a plus (intern position). * Experience working with a global organization a plus (intern position). * Microsoft office suite of tools, intermediate in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables etc.), Basic PowerPoint & Outlook required. * Knowledge of Finance business processes – Record to Report, Procure to Pay and Invoice to Cash preferred. * Strong planning, organization and analytical skills. * Ability to interact professionally (written and verbal). * Must be able to pay close attention to detail. * Must be a fast learner and able to adapt to new challenges. * Must be able to work well under time constraints and in a fast paced environment. * Must be able to handle multiple tasks. * Must be client service oriented. * Must be a motivated, confident team player. * Available to support special extended hours for both critical business periods and global service delivery shifts as required.
