Our Opportunity

As an integral member of the Company Operations team, the Catering Coordinator's goal is to create and strengthen relationships with the local community to build catering sales for the Company Restaurants. This position will be responsible for training restaurants on the catering process and procedures and assist with delivering catering orders. The Catering Coordinator will be responsible for providing heartfelt service throughout the entirety of the event and its planning.

Essential Functions and Duties

• Grow catering business by building relationships with local businesses to create and sustain long-term customers

• Train restaurants on catering process and procedures

• Play an active role in catering events including assisting with delivering catering orders

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports of catering performance and opportunities

• Assist with any large market events or orders

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree Preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age

• Organized, detail oriented, system & process driven, flexible, and able to prioritize multiple projects with short deadlines

• Results Oriented - gets results and achieves goals

• 2+ years relevant professional experience in restaurant or business field

• Ability to travel to in-person restaurant visits and local business visits

• Previous food or retail experience preferred
