Job Description


The Coordinator, Broadcasting handles the day-to-day management of radio and international TV partners. The Coordinator also oversees the TrackPass international streaming product.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Oversee ancillary programming, design and marketing of the company's international streaming product, TrackPass

Perform quality control review of all transcripts for international highlight and ancillary content

Serve as the primary at-track broadcast representative for broadcast partner(s) on select race weekends

Independently collaborate and execute weekly requests from department leadership related primarily to programming and production needs

Oversee documentation and distribution of international race broadcast schedules to all international partners, distributors and internal departments

Work with radio partners to acquire programming, marketing and personnel schedules

Track, document and distribute subscription and content metrics from TrackPass for internal review

Ad hoc project management, as assigned

Maintain International TV page through current content management system

Track and document international ancillary content production and distribution

Create and edit decks, presentations, etc.

Participate in weekly internal and industry calls

Collaborate with internal departments

Travel: 30%, primarily weekends.


Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university and a minimum of three (3) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a broadcast production, radio or television, environment is valued.


Ability to tell time and convert between multiple time zones

Eagerness to learn processes while assisting in Production Department

The ability to learn, understand and follow the Productions workflow

Able to work a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends


Proficient in company provided hardware and software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Basic knowledge of FTP client servers, web technologies and/or systems integrations is a plus.

The Transplant Pharmacist works in collaboration with the other members of the multidisciplinary transplant team Essential Functions * The Transplant Pharmacist provides and documents pre-, peri-, and post-transplant related pharmacy services to the solid organ transplant programs * Retrieves and evaluates relevant biomedical literature, formulates an appropriate response, and provides concise and timely response to drug information requests. * Uses effective patient education techniques to provide counseling to patients and caregivers. * Collects information needed to design medication therapy regimens. * Designs, recommends, monitors, implements and documents patient specific pharmacotherapeutic regimens. * Participates in the management of medical emergencies. * Collaborates with clinical pharmacist coordinators to manage the formulary and the medication-use process. Assists in the acquisition of non-formulary, compassionate use, and investigational medications. * Performs quality assurance and performance improvement of the medication use system. * Serves as preceptor for pharmacy students and residents. Mentors, trains, and assists with the performance evaluation of pharmacists. Physical Requirements Works primarily in the pharmacy. Delivers medications to nursing units. Requires considerable walking, standing, pushing mobile cart of 50 pounds maximum and lifting 25 pounds of material. May be required to frequently stretch, bend, squat, or kneel to perform job. Utilizes appropriate personal protective equipment to minimize exposure to hazardous agents. Takes necessary precautions to avoid inadvertent needle sticks, minor cuts or bruises. Exposed to various conditions throughout the workday such as walking on hard surfaces, climbing stairs and changes in temperature and humidity. Must be able to perform manipulative skills such as writing, typing, and data entry into the computer and automated dispensing machines. Must have use of both hands, be able to see clearly and read small type such as that on unit-dose medication packages and syringes.
