Altria Group Distribution Company is currently seeking a highly qualified Transportation Billing Coordinator to join our Customer Services department in Richmond, VA.
The successful candidate will be processing 3rd party carrier payments through SAP and our 3rd party payment provider. Utilizing the reports generated by multiple systems the coordinator will find payment exceptions and process them in timely manner. Serve as a billing expert to ensure AGDC is being billed properly and understand freight classifications and knowledge of freight contracts. Must possess strong verbal and written skills and ensure that direct supervisor is informed of all issues that must be escalated.
Specific accountabilities include:
Reviewing and processing all billing exceptions in our 3rd party payment providers system.
Processing miscellaneous bills in SAP
Communicate with our carrier partners and 3rd party payment provider
Maintain records for auditing purposes
