Responsibilities

The Associate and Occupational Health Coordinator performs a variety of general clerical and clinical duties to support the assigned area(s) or program.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Works well in a team environment.

• Comfortable working within and knowledge of EMR systems, medical terminology, and computer platforms highly desired.

• Critical thinking skills and at times being able to work independently are important in our outpatient environment.

• Specific training is provided for select clinical duties including but not limited to: Return to Work authorization checklist, Urine Drug screen collection, Fit Test and Prepare treatment rooms for examination of patients.

Requirements

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Additional Preferences

• MA HIGHLY preferred.

• Hours are generally Monday - Friday and Day Shift with possibility of extended hours and some Saturday hours as needed to meet high volume needs.
