Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Senior Representative position will perform the following duties:

• Posts receivables to the sub-ledger and general ledger

• Prepares charge-backs

• Collects past due accounts

• Maintains cash applications

• Invoices customers and provides customer service

• Completes account reconciliations

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent

1 -2 years accounting, accounting admin support or related area

Preferred Qualifications

2 - 4 years accounting, accounting admin support or related area
