    Job Summary:

    The Home Care Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating a variety of QA related activities. The QA improvement supervisor is responsible for quality assessment and improvement, coordinating paperwork reviews, patient infection control, and Medicare activities.Education: Completion of a state approved Registered Nurse program.

    Bachelor's of Science in Nursing Degree preferred.Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Valid State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License. A valid driver's license and a Motor Vehicle Report that meets SFHS guidelines are required.Work Experience: 6 months to 1 year related experience.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

    Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective and efficient manner. Ability to be detail oriented as required in the examination of clinical and numerical data.

    Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and Access as might be used in the preparation of correspondence and reports. Interested?
