Performs the following for Bally's, Caesars and Harrah's Resort: Maintains mailing list and file maintenance of bus operators' information.
Assists with registration of all travel industry agents. Responsible for sending out vendor registration forms. Takes all charter reservations from the travel industry.
Coordinates arrival and departure times of charter buses by market segment. Responsible for computer entry of data related to bus operations and generating reports for analysis. Responsible for telemarketing calls to previously booked charter groups to ensure satisfaction and cultivate repeat business.
Maintains and audits all bus arrival reports and bus permit information and submits same to SJTA in a timely manner. Coordinates with Entertainment to develop group packages, including offers, rates and package collateral, and disseminates all package information to appropriate carriers. Acts as liaison between property and charter clients, ensuring concerns are forwarded to and addressed by the appropriate departments.
Assists with the resolution of customer account problems, including use of the service recovery program. Responsible for Cascade Catalogue Systems Management. Creates and maintains accurate and up to date productivity reports, including KPI metrics.
Responsible for department payroll and maintaining employee files. Updates and maintains staffing reports. Responsible for purchase requisitions and department inventory. Performs special projects as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree in Marketing or related field and/or three to five years experience in marketing related field.
Proficient in all Microsoft applications. Good organizational skills, ability to multi-task and attention to detail.
